The cauliflower 'Winter Cauliflower Selection Z' is an old variety that we have been selecting for over 30 years. It is robust and survives the winter without any problems, even when conditions are harsh. The harvest is very early in May. It forms beautiful, well-filled white heads. At harvest, it can reach a height of up to 80 cm.

Growing instructions
Sow from mid-July to early August. Transplant young plants and from mid-August plant at 50x50cm spacings. Poorly filtering soils are not suitable.
